- उमेदवार हा मान्यताप्राप्त विद्यापीठ किंवा संस्थेचा प्रिंटिंग/मेकॅनिकल/इलेक्ट्रिकल/इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स/कॉम्प्युटर सायन्स/इन्फॉर्मेशन टेक्नॉलॉजी या शाखेतील पूर्ण वेळ डिप्लोमा परीक्षा प्रथम श्रेणीत उत्तीर्ण असावा. किंवा

- उमेदवार हा NCVT /SCVT मान्यताप्राप्त संस्थेतील प्रिंटिंग शाखेतील उदा. लिथो ऑफसेट मशीन माईंडर/लेटर प्रेस मशीन माईंडर/ऑफसेट प्रिंटिंग/प्लेट मेकिंग/इलेक्ट्रोप्लेटिंग/ पूर्ण वेळ प्लेट मेकर कम इंपोजीटर/हॅण्ड कंपोझिंग मधील ITI परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण असावा. किंवा
- उमेदवार हा मान्यताप्राप्त संस्था किंवा तंत्रनिकेतन मधून प्रिंटिंग टेक्नॉलॉजी मधून डिप्लोमा परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण असावा.

- उमेदवार हा NCVT/SCVT मान्यताप्राप्त संस्थेचा फिटर ट्रेड मधून ITI उत्तीर्ण असावा.

- उमेदवार हा NCVT/SCVT मान्यताप्राप्त संस्थेचा वेल्डर या ट्रेड मधून ITI उत्तीर्ण असावा.

- हिंदी चे इंग्रजी भाषांतराचे किमान १ वर्षाचा अनुभव असावा.

- उमेदवार हा मान्यताप्राप्त विद्यापीठाचा पदवी परीक्षा किमान ५५% गुणांसह उत्तीर्ण असावा.
- उमेदवारास इंग्रजी ४० शब्द प्रती मिनिट आणि हिंदी ३० शब्द प्रती मिनिट टायपिंग स्पीड सह कॉम्प्युटर चे ज्ञान असणे आवश्यक.
