- उमेदवारांची निवड ही गुणवत्तेवर केली जाईल.
- उमेदवारांना ट्रेड टेस्ट साठी बोलावण्याचे कट ऑफ गुण हे Ordanance Factory Dehu Road Pune उमेदवारांना मिळालेल्या NCTVT मधील एकूण गुणांच्या आधारावर ठरवेल.

Educational Qualification
- Ex-Apprentices of AOCP trade (NCTVT) from Ordanance Factories and the AOCP trade (NCTVT) candidates from government/Private organisation having affliation from Government and the candidate having AOCP (NCTVT)from government ITI will be considered.
Age Limit
- Minimum age of the candidates should be 18 years and maximum age of the candidates should be 35 years to apply for the above post.
- Candidates belongs to SC/ST category should have 5 years of relaxation in maximum age limit.
- Candidates belongs to OBC category should have 3 years of relaxation in maximum age limit.
- Ex- Serviceman candidates shoul have relaxation of period of military service + 3 years in maximum age limit.
Pay Scale
Salary of Rs 19900/- + DA per month will be paid to the candidates after joining.

Selection Procedure
- Selection of the candidates is based on Marks obtained in NCTVT and Trade Test ,Practical Test.
- Selection of the candidates are purely on the merit basis.
- Cut off marks to calling for trade test are decided by Ordanance Factory Dehu Road,Pune based on total marks obtained in NCTVT.
- Trade test will be conducted by the Ordanance Factory Dehu Road Pune within one month after closing date of advertisement.
- Merit List will be prepared on the basis of combined marks obtained in NCTVT and Trade Test/ Practical test.
- Weightage of the marks are NCTVT Exam -80% and Trade Test/Practical Exam – 20%.
