शैक्षणिक अर्हता (NPCIL Stipendiary Trainee Recruitment 2024)
- पद क्र १-
- उमेदवार हा मान्यताप्राप्त बोर्ड मधून इयत्ता १२ वी किंवा ISC परीक्षा विज्ञान शाखेतून (भौतिक विज्ञान,रसायन विज्ञान आणि गणित विषयासह) किमान ५०% गुणांसह उत्तीर्ण असावा.
- इयत्ता १० वी मध्ये इंग्रजी विषय असणे आवश्यक आहे.
- पद क्र २-
- उमेदवार हा मान्यताप्राप्त बोर्ड मधून इयत्ता १० वी परीक्षेत विज्ञान आणि गणित या प्रत्येक विषयात किमान ५०% गुणांसह उत्तीर्ण असावा. आणि
- उमेदवार हा मान्यताप्राप्त संस्थेतून इलेक्ट्रिशियन/फिटर /इन्स्ट्रूमेंटेेशन/इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स/मशिनिस्ट/टर्नर/वेल्डर या ट्रेड मधून दोन वर्ष कालावधीची ITI परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण असावा.
- ज्या ट्रेडचा कालावधी 2 वर्षापेक्षा कमी असेल त्या उमेदवारांना संबंधित क्षेत्रातील किमान एक वर्ष कालावधीचा अनुभव असावा.
- इयत्ता १० वी मध्ये इंग्रजी विषय असणे आवश्यक आहे.
वयोमर्यादा
- ११/०९/२०२४ रोजी उमेदवाराचे किमान वय १८ वर्ष आणि कमाल वय २४ वर्ष असावे.
- अजा/अज प्रवर्गातील उमेदवारांना कमाल वयात ५ वर्ष शिथिलता राहील.
- इतर मागासवर्गीय प्रवर्गातील उमेदवारांना कमाल वयात ३ वर्ष शिथिलता राहील.
- अपंग उमेदवारांना कमाल वयात १० वर्ष शिथिलता राहील.(अजा/अज प्रवर्गातील अपंग उमेदवारांना कमाल वयात १५ वर्ष आणि इतर मागासवर्गीय प्रवर्गातील अपंग उमेदवारांना कमाल वयात १३ वर्ष शिथिलता राहील.)
- १९८४ च्या दंगलग्रस्त उमेदवारांना कमाल वयात ५ वर्ष शिथिलता राहील.
वेतन श्रेणी (NPCIL Stipendiary Trainee Recruitment 2024)
- प्रथम वर्ष – नोकरीत रुजू झाल्यानंतर उमेदवारांना ₹ २०,०००/- प्रती महिना स्टायपंड अदा केला जाईल.
- द्वितीय वर्ष – नोकरीत रुजू झाल्यानंतर उमेदवारांना ₹२२,०००/- प्रती महिना स्टायपंड अदा केले जाईल.

- अर्ज शुल्क हे ना परतावा असून एकदा भरलेले अर्ज शुल्क हे कोणत्याही कारणास्तव परत मिळणार नाही.
- अर्ज शुल्क हे उमेदवार क्रेडिट कार्ड/डेबिट कार्ड/ इंटरनेट बँकिंग यांच्या साहाय्याने ऑनलाईन पद्धतीने जमा करू शकतील.

Educational Qualifications (NPCIL Stipendiary Trainee Recruitment 2024)
- Post No. 1-
- Candidates should be passed HSC or ISC in Science Stream with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with minimum 50% marks.
- Should have English is one of subject in SSC exam.
- Post no. 2
- Candidates should be passed 10 th exam with minimum 50% marks in individually in Mathematics and Science.and
- Candidates should be passed 2 years duration ITI in Electrician/Fitter/Instrumentation/Electronics/Machinist/Turner/Welder Trade.
- If the duration of course is less than 2 years then candidates should have minimum one years of experience in relevant trade.
- Should have English is one of subject in SSC Exam.
Age Limit
- Minimum age of the candidate should be 18 years and maximum age of the candidate should be 24 years as on 11/09/2024.
- Candidates belongs to SC/ ST category should have 5 years of relaxation in maximum age limit.
- Candidates belongs to OBC category should have 3 years of relaxation in maximum age limit.
- PwBD candidates should have 10 years of relaxation in maximum age limit.(PwBD candidates belongs to SC/ST category should have 15 years and OBC category candidates should have 13 years of relaxation in maximum age limit.
- Candidates belongs to 1984 riots should have relaxation of 5 years in maximum age limit.
Pay Scale (NPCIL Stipendiary Trainee Recruitment 2024)
- First Year -Stipend of ₹20,000 /- per month will be paid to the candidate after joining.
- Second Year- Stipend of ₹22,000/- per month will be paid to the candidate after joining.

- General /EWS/OBC category candidates need to pay ₹100/- as application fee through online mode.
- SC/ST/PwBD /Ex Serviceman/DODPKIA/ Female / NPCIL employee candidates are exempted from application Fee.
