- उमेदवार हा मान्यताप्राप्त विद्यापीठाचा सिव्हिल अभियांत्रिकी किंवा समतुल्य पदवी परीक्षा किमान एकत्रित ६०% गुणांसह उत्तीर्ण असावा.
- उमेदवारास किमान १५ वर्ष कालावधीचा अनुभव असणे आवश्यक आहे.

- उमेदवार हा मान्यताप्राप्त विद्यापीठाचा इलेक्ट्रिकल /मेकॅनिकल अभियांत्रिकी किंवा समतुल्य पदवी परीक्षा किमान एकत्रित ६०% गुणांसह उत्तीर्ण असावा.
- उमेदवारास किमान १५ वर्ष कालावधीचा अनुभव असणे आवश्यक आहे.
