  • पद क्र १ –
    • उमेदवार हा मान्यताप्राप्त बोर्ड मधून तीन वर्ष कालावधीची डिप्लोमा इन मेकॅनिकल अभियांत्रिकी परीक्षा किमान ६०% गुणांसह (अजा/अज/अपंग उमेदवार किमान ५०% गुणांसह)उत्तीर्ण असावा.
  • पद क्र २ –
    • उमेदवार हा मान्यताप्राप्त बोर्ड मधून तीन वर्ष कालावधीची डिप्लोमा इन इलेक्ट्रिकल अभियांत्रिकी परीक्षा किमान ६०% गुणांसह (अजा/अज /अपंग उमेदवार किमान ५०% गुणांसह )उत्तीर्ण असावा.
  • पद क्र ३ –
    • उमेदवार हा मान्यताप्राप्त बोर्ड मधून तीन वर्ष कालावधीची डिप्लोमा इन इन्स्ट्रुमेंटेशन अभियांत्रिकी परीक्षा किमान ६०%(अजा/अज /अपंग उमेदवार किमान ५०% गुणांसह )उत्तीर्ण असावा.

    • उमेदवार हा मान्यताप्राप्त बोर्ड मधून तीन वर्ष कालावधीची डिप्लोमा इन केमिकल अभियांत्रिकी परीक्षा किमान ६०% गुणांसह (अजा/अज /अपंग उमेदवार किमान ५०% गुणांसह )उत्तीर्ण असावा.
  • पद क्र ५ –
    • उमेदवार हा मान्यताप्राप्त विद्यापीठाची विज्ञान शाखेच्या पदवी परीक्षेसह फायर आणि सेफ्टी शाखेतून डिप्लोमा परीक्षा किमान ६०% गुणांसह (अजा/अज /अपंग उमेदवार किमान ५०% गुणांसह उत्तीर्ण असावा.

वयोमर्यादा

  • ३०/०४/२०२५ रोजी उमेदवाराचे किमान वय १८ वर्ष आणि कमाल वय २५ वर्ष असावे.
  • अजा/अज प्रवर्गातील उमेदवारांना कमाल वयात ५ वर्ष शिथिलता राहील.
  • इतर मागासवर्गीय प्रवर्गातील उमेदवारांना कमाल वयात ३ वर्ष शिथिलता राहील.
  • अपंग उमेदवारांना खुल्या प्रवर्गातील उमेदवारांना कमाल वयात १० वर्ष /इतर मागासवर्गीय प्रवर्गातील उमेदवारांना कमाल वयात १३ वर्ष /अजा/अज प्रवर्गातील उमेदवारांना कमाल वयात १५ वर्ष शिथिलता राहील.

वेतन श्रेणी (HPCL Junior Executive Recruitment 2025)

  • पद क्र १ – उमेदवारास नोकरीत रुजू झाल्यानंतर रु ३०,०००/- ते रु १,२०,०००/- प्रती महिना वेतन अदा केले जाईल.
  • पद क्र २ -उमेदवारास नोकरीत रुजू झाल्यानंतर रु ३०,०००/ ते रु १,२०,०००/- प्रती महिना वेतन अदा केले जाईल.
  • पद क्र ३ – उमेदवारांना नोकरीत रुजू झाल्यानंतर रु ३०,०००/- ते रु १,२०,०००/- प्रती महिना वेतन अदा केले जाईल.
  • पद क्र ४ – उमेदवारांना नोकरीत रुजू झाल्यानंतर रु ३०,०००/- ते रु१,२०,०००/- प्रती महिना वेतन अदा केले जाईल.

अर्ज शुल्क

Educational Qualification(HPCL Junior Executive Recruitment 2025)

  • Post no 1 –
    • Candidates should be passed three years Duration Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60 %(SC/ST/PwBD candidates minimum 50%)marks from recognised Board.
  • Post no 2 –
    • Candidates should be passed Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 60%(SC/ST/PwBD with minimum 50%) marks from recognised Board.
  • Post No. 3 –
    • Candidates should be passed Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 60%(SC/ST/PwBD candidates with minimum 50%) marks from recognised Board.
  • Post no 4 –
    • Candidates should be passed Diploma in Chemical Engineering with minimum 60%(SC/ST/PwBD candidates with 50% )marks from recognised Board.
  • Post No.5 –
    • Candidates should be passed Graduate in Science + Diploma in Fire & Safety with minimum 60%(SC/ST/PwBD candidates with minimum 55% )marks from recognised University.

  • Minimum age of the candidates should be 18 years and Maximum age of the candidates should be 25 as on 30/04/2025.
