- उमेदवार हा मान्यताप्राप्त विद्यापीठातून इलेक्ट्रीकल अभियांत्रिकी शाखेतून अभियांत्रिकी पदवी परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण असावा.
- पद क्र ४ –
- उमेदवार हा मान्यताप्राप्त विद्यापीठातून इलेक्ट्रोनिक्स/टेलीकम्यूनिकेशन/ इलेक्ट्रीकल अभियांत्रिकी शाखेतून अभियांत्रिकी पदवी परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण असावा.

- उमेदवार हा मान्यताप्राप्त विद्यापीठातून कॉम्पुटर सायन्स /कॉम्पुटर इंजिनीरिंग /इन्फोर्मेशन टेक्नोलॉजी /इलेक्ट्रोनिक्स शाखेतून अभियांत्रिकी पदवी परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण असावा.
- वरील सर्व पदांसाठी उमेदवार हा संबंधित शाखेतून GATE – २०२३/२०२४/२०२५ परीक्षा पात्र असावेत.
वयोमर्यादा
- AAI Junior Executive Bharti 2025 साठी २७/०९/२०२५ रोजी उमेदवाराचे किमान वय १८ वर्ष आणि कमाल वय २७ वर्ष असावे.
- अजा/ अज प्रवर्गातील उमेदवारांना कमाल वयात ५ वर्ष शिथिलता राहील.

Age Limit
- Minimum age of the candidates should be 18 years and maximum age of the candidates should be 27 years as on 27/09/2025 for AAi Junior Executive bharti 2025.
- SC/ST Category candidates should have 5 years of relaxation in maximum age limit.
- OBC category candidates should have 3 years of relaxxation in maximum age limit.

- Salary of Rs 40,000/- to Rs 1,40,000/- per month will be paid to the candidates after joining.
