शैक्षणिक अर्हता (Indian Oil Apprentice 2026)

- उमेदवार हा मान्यताप्राप्त बोर्ड मधून इयत्ता १२ वी परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण असावा. पण पदवीधर नसावा.
- डोमेस्टिक डाटा एंट्री ऑपरेटर –
- उमेदवार हा मान्यताप्राप्त बोर्ड मधून इयत्ता १२ वी परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण असावा.(पदवीधर नसावा)
- उमेदवार हा डोमेस्टिक डाटा एंट्री ऑपरेटर प्रमाणपत्र परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण असावा.
- फ्रेशर अप्रेंटिस –
वयोमर्यादा (Indian Oil Apprentice 2026)
- ३१/०१/२०२६ रोजी उमेदवाराचे किमान वय १८ वर्ष आणि कमाल वय २४ वर्ष असावे.
- अजा/अज प्रवर्गातील उमेदवारांना कमाल वयात ५ वर्ष शिथिलता राहील.
- इतर मागासवर्गीय प्रवर्गातील उमेदवारांना कमाल वयात ३ वर्ष शिथिलता राहील.
- अपंग उमेदवार – खुल्या प्रवर्गातील उमेदवारांना कमाल वयात १० वर्ष ,इतर मागासवर्गीय प्रवर्गातील उमेदवारांना कमाल वयात १३ वर्ष आणि अजा/अज प्रवर्गातील उमेदवारांना कमाल वयात १५ वर्ष शिथिलता राहील.
वेतन श्रेणी
- उमेदवारांना नोकरीत रुजू झाल्यानंतर अप्रेंटिस ऍक्ट १९६१/१९७३ नुसार प्रती महिना स्टायपंड अदा केले जाईल.

निवड प्रक्रिया
- किमान शैक्षणिक अर्हता परीक्षेत मिळालेल्या गुणांच्या आधारे पदनिहाय गुणवत्ता यादी तयार केली जाईल.
- या गुणवत्ता यादीनुसार उमेदवारांची निवड होईल.
- किमान शैक्षणिक अर्हता परीक्षेत जर दोन पेक्षा जास्त उमेदवारांना समान गुण असल्यास वयाने ज्येष्ठ असणाऱ्या उमेदवारास प्राधान्य दिले जाईल.
- जन्म तारीख समान असल्यास इयत्ता दहावी परीक्षेत जास्त गुण असणाऱ्या उमेदवारास प्राधान्य दिले जाईल.
- वरील पदाच्या भरतीसाठी कोणत्याही प्रकारची परीक्षा किंवा मुलाखत घेतली जाणार नाही.

Educational Qualifications (Indian Oil Apprentice 2026)
- Post No 1-
- Candidates should be passed Three years duration Diploma In Engineering from following Trades from recognised Board.
- Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
- Electrical /Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- Electronics & Communication Engineering /Electronics & Telecommunication/Electronics and Radio Communication/Instrumentation and Control/Instrumentation and Process Control /Electronics Engineering.
- Candidates should be passed Three years duration Diploma In Engineering from following Trades from recognised Board.
- Post no.2
- Assistant Human Resources – Candidates should be passed Full time Bachelor’s Degree from Recognised University.
- Accountant – Candidates should be passed Bachelors Degree in Commerce from recognised University.
- Post No. 3
- Fresher Apprentice- Candidates should be passed minimum 12 th exam from recognised Board. (but below Graduate)
- Post no. 4-
- Domestic Data Entry Operator –
- Candidates should be passed 12 th exam from recognised Board.(but below Graduate)
- Candidates should be passed Skill certification course of Domestic Data Entry Operator.

Age Limit (Indian Oil Apprentice 2026)
- Minimum age of the candidate should be 18 years and maximum age of the candidate should be 24 years as on 31/01/2026.
- SC/ST category candidates should have 5 years of relaxation in maximum age limit.
- OBC category candidates should have 3 years of relaxation in maximum age limit.
- PwBD candidates – General category candidates should have 10 years /OBC category candidates should have 13 years and SC/ST category candidates should have 15 years of relaxation in maximum age limit.
Pay Scale
Stipand will be pay per month after joining as per Apprentice act 1961/1973.
