- HPCL Junior Executive Bharti 2025 साठी उमेदवार हा खाली नमूद केलेल्या परीक्षेमध्ये खुल्या /इतर मागासवर्गीय प्रवर्ग/आर्थिक दुर्बल घटक उमेदवार किमान ६०% गुणांसह तसेच अजा/अज /अपंग उमेदवार किमान ५०% गुणांसह उत्तीर्ण असावेत.
- पद क्र १– उमेदवार हा मान्यताप्राप्त बोर्ड मधून तीन वर्ष कालावधीची डिप्लोमा इन मेकॅनिकल इंजिनीअरिंग परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण असावा.
- पद क्र २– उमेदवार हा मान्यताप्राप्त बोर्ड मधून तीन वर्ष कालावधीची डिप्लोमा इन इलेक्ट्रिकल इंजिनीअरिंग परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण असावा.
- पद क्र ३- उमेदवार हा मान्यताप्राप्त बोर्ड मधून तीन वर्ष कालावधीची डिप्लोमा इन इन्स्ट्रूमेंटेशन इंजिनीअरिंग परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण असावा.

- १४/०२/२०२५ रोजी उमेदवाराचे कमाल वय २५ वर्ष असावे.
- अजा/अज प्रवर्गातील उमेदवारांना कमाल वयात ५ वर्ष शिथिलता राहील.
- इतर मागासवर्गीय प्रवर्गातील उमेदवारांना कमाल वयात ३ वर्ष शिथिलता राहील.

Candidates should be passeed in following exam with 60% (SC/ST/PwBD candidates are passed with 50%) marks
- Post no. 1- Candidates should be passed in Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from recognised Board.
- Post no. 2- Candidates should be passed Diploma in Electrical Engineering from recognised Board.
- Post no. 3- Candidates should be passed Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering from recognised Board.
- Post no. 4- Candidates should be passed Diploma in Chemical Engineering from recognised Board.
Age Limit (HPCL Junior Executive Bharti 2025)
- Maximum age of the candidate should be 25 years as on 14/02/2025.
- Candidates belongs to SC/ST category should have 5 years of relaxation in maximum age limit.
- Candidates belongs to OBC category should have 3 years of relaxation in maximum age limit.
- PwBD candidates from General category should have 10 years OBC category candidates should have 13 years ,SC/ST category candidates should have 15 years of relaxation in maximum age limit.
Pay Scale
Salary of ₹30,000/- to ₹ 1,20,000/- per month will be paid to the candidate after joining.
