शैक्षणिक अर्हता (IPPB Recruitment)

उमेदवार हा मान्यताप्राप्त विद्यापीठाचा कोणत्याही शाखेचा पदवीधर असावा.
उमेदवार हा मान्यताप्राप्त विद्यापीठाचा MBA (Sales/Marketing) परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण असल्यास प्राधान्य.
फ्रेशर उमेदवार अर्ज करू शकतात.
Sales/Operations मधील अनुभव असल्यास प्राधान्य.

वयोमर्यादा (IPPB Recruitment)

वरील पदासाठी अर्ज करण्यासाठी ०१/०३/२०२४ रोजी उमेदवाराचे किमान वय २१ वर्षे आणि कमाल वय ३५ वर्ष असावे.
अजा/अज प्रवर्गातील उमेदवारांना कमाल वयात ५ वर्षे शिथिलता राहील.
इतर मागासवर्गीय प्रवर्गातील उमेदवारांना कमाल वयात ३ वर्षे शिथिलता राहील.
अपंग उमेदवारांना – खुल्या प्रवर्गातील -१० वर्षे, अजा/अज प्रवर्गातील १५ वर्षे आणि इतर मागासवर्गीय प्रवर्गातील -१३ वर्षे कमाल वयात शिथिलता राहील.

वेतन श्रेणी (IPPB Recruitment)

निवड झालेल्या उमेदवारांना नोकरीत रुजू झाल्यानंतर ₹३०,०००/- प्रती महिना वेतन अदा केले जाईल.
इन्कम टॅक्स नियमाप्रमाणे वजा होईल.
नमूद केलेल्या वेतन व्यतिरिक्त इतर कोणत्याही प्रकारचे भत्ते उमेदवारास मिळणार नाही.

अर्ज शुल्क (IPPB Recruitment)

अजा/अज /अपंग प्रवर्गातील उमेदवारांना फक्त इंटिमेशन शुल्क ₹१५०/- ऑनलाईन पद्धतीने भरावे लागतील.
इतर सर्व प्रवर्गातील उमेदवारांना ₹७५०/- अर्ज शुल्क ऑनलाईन पद्धतीने भरावा लागेल.
अर्ज शुल्क आणि इंटिमेशन शुल्क हे ना परतावा आहे. एकदा भरलेले शुल्क हे कोणत्याही कारणास्तव परत मिळणार नाही.

अर्ज कसा कराल

इच्छुक पात्र उमेदवारांनी त्यांचे अर्ज ऑनलाईन पद्धतीने अधिकृत संकेतस्थळावरून १५/०३/२०२४ ते ०५/०४/२०२४ या दरम्यान जमा करायचे आहेत.

कंत्राट कालावधी(IPPB Recruitment)

निवड झालेल्या उमेदवारांचा नोकरीचा कंत्राट कालावधी हा १ वर्षे असेल.
उमेदवाराच्या कामाचे पूनरावलोकन करून कंत्राटात वाढ होईल.
ह्या कंत्राटाचा कालावधी हा जास्तीत जास्त ३ वर्षे असेल.

निवड प्रक्रिया (IPPB Recruitment)

उमेदवारांची निवड ही उमेदवारांना मिळालेल्या पदवी परीक्षेतील गुण / गट चर्चा/वैयक्तीत मुलाखतीतील गुण यांच्यावर आधारित असेल.

महत्वाच्या सूचना (IPPB Recruitment)

अर्ज करण्यापूर्वी उमेदवारांनी जाहिरात काळजीपूर्वक वाचून नमूद केलेल्या सर्व अर्हता पात्र असल्याची खात्री करून मगच अर्ज करावा.
रजिस्टर करताना दिलेला ईमेल आयडी आणि मोबाईल नंबर किमान १ वर्ष कालावधीसाठी वैध असणे आवश्यक आहे.

Educational Qualification (IPPB Recruitment)

Candidates should be passed Graduation in any Discipline from recognised University.
Candidates who have passed MBA(Sales/Marketing) will be give first preference.
Freshers can also apply.
Candidates with experience in Sales/operations of financial products will be desirable.

Age Limit (IPPB Recruitment)

Intrested candidates should have minimum age of 21 years and maximum age of 35 years as on 01/03/2024.
Candidates from SC/ST category should have relaxation of 5 years in upper age limit.
Candidates from OBC category should have relaxation of 3 years in upper age limit.
PwBD candidates – Open candidates should have 10 years,OBC candidates should have 13 years and SC/ST candidates should have 15 years relaxation in upper age limit.

Pay Scale (IPPB Recruitment)

Candidates after joining Bank will pay salary of ₹30,000/- per month.
Income tax will be cut as per rule.
No any other allowances will be pay to the candidate.

Candidates belongs to SC/ST/PwBD category need to pay ₹150/- as a intimation charge.
All other candidates need to pay ₹750/- as a application fee.

Period of Contract (IPPB Recruitment)

Contract would be initially for period of 1 year. This may be reviewed for extension on year to year basis for further period of 2 years.
Maximum duration of this contract would be 3 years.

Selection Procedure (IPPB Recruitment)

Selection of the candidate will be made on the basis of marks obtained in graduation/Group Discussion/Personal Interview.
Bank reserves all rights to select the candidate on the basis of marks obtained in graduation/MBA and or conduct test or group discussion.
If two or more candidates have same marks in merit list then candidates merit decide on the basis of his date of birth.
